When you create your free profile, you can add a variety of information to promote your company. Including:

1. Company logo and banner image

2. Contact details

3. Production types you service

4. Rooms, resources and spaces with accompanying specifications and images

5. Team / Talent profiles including CVs, links, recent collaborations

You can also list additional companies or facility locations allowing full control over your estate. All of this information is searchable for clients in the global directory. BIDPOST Pro users benefit from prominent listings in the global directory.

You can attribute multiple facility locations and/or companies to your company profile. By this method you can list the services, capabilities and people associated to each location. Each facility can manage their own projects, bids, cost tracking and scheduling. Simply click on your company name (top left) and in the drop-down box, click + New Facility or +New Company.

You can add unlimited users associated to each of their facilities. Control of permissions is via the User Permission tab in your company profile. You can also add an unlimited number of resources such as rooms or equipment.

Yes. You can set User Permissions in your company profile. Permissions can be set at a company or facility level.

Additionally, the visibility of People and Rooms can be turned on or off in your company profile. This allows you to publicly display this information or not and attribute resources for cost tracking and scheduling.

Yes. If you are set up as a sole trader or limited company, you can list and promote your services on BIDPOST.

Yes. BIDPOST has a number of pre-filled service lines for you to use. You can add an unlimited amount of service lines under each category. You can also add sub-categories to line items if you wish to break down service lines. Simply use the green + button under the relevant line item to add a custom field.

With BIDPOST you and your team can add and save Bid Templates to save you time and maintain consistency. When you are logged in at a facility level, simply go to the Bid menu and select Bid templates and then + New template.

Adding templates allows you to set pricing and services lines for a variety of client requests. BIDPOST Pro users benefit from being able to save unlimited templates.

Yes. BIDPOST allows vendors to share data from awarded projects in two ways.

1. Cost Tracking: Awarded bid data becomes your template for cost tracking. Users can input bid vs. actual spend data including overtime hours and rates. Your clients will see these updates immediately in their view of BIDPOST.

2. Scheduling: Vendors control their project schedules with the ability to add people and resources. A project schedule can be shared with clients in Gantt view. This allows your clients to access project schedules in view-only mode instantaneously.

Sharing data with clients in BIDPOST allows vendors to reduce errors and mis-communication that comes with the traditional processes of manually entering data on spreadsheets and emailing.

No. Only clients will see you bid information held behind their secure log-in. Your rates held within your bid templates are only accessible by you.
